All Romance eBooks selects one book each month as their eBookclub pick. Fifty copies of that book are purchased from the publisher at a 10% volume discount for redistribution to eBookclub members. The pick of the month is featured on our home page in the "What's Hot" section throughout the month ($60-75 value) and on our MySpace page. There are additionally 8 associated blog spots, a Wildfire announcement and interview, and a hosted on-line chat. FREE – Publisher Nominations should be made via their Admin Panel

ARe Radio: What's Hot in Romance

All Romance eBooks selects two authors each week to feature in their one-hour radio show, What's Hot in Romance that airs live on Internet Voices Radio every Monday at 9:30 pm EST. Links to the podcast will be published in our weekly Wildfire newsletter, on our website, and provided to the author. Each of the two weekly segments will focus on a recent release in the romance genre and will consist of a 15-20 minute interview with the author followed by a 10-15 minute reading done by the author. Print Ads

All Romance eBooks sponsors color print ads in both Romantic Times Book Review and Affaire de Coeur magazines. These are typically 4.25 X 4.5 (approximate) inches and contain 9 covers. Your book must be available for sale on the All Romance eBooks site and acceptance is based on availability of space. Selection for review is not guaranteed. $90.00 per cover spot for RT. $70.00 per cover spot for AdC. Send query to info@allromanceebooks.com

What's Hot Cover Spots

The "What's Hot" area of the All Romance eBooks home page has several spots set aside each week for paid advertising. Slots are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate preferences. $15.00 per cover spot to paypal@allromanceebooks.com along with the book title, author name, your name and your preferred week.

Public Chats

The ARe Chat Room is open to the public at all times. Publishers and authors can reserve the space for promotional chats. The chat calendar is posted on the website at www.allromanceebooks.com/chatcalendar.html and scheduled chats are additionally advertised in our weekly newsletter, Wildfire. Private Ticket Only Events

Wildfire Interviews

Each month All Romance eBooks sends out over 10,000 copies of its Wildfire Newsletter. A favorite reader feature is the Wildfire's What's New column which contains relevant interviews with a focus on today's hottest authors, publishing houses, review sites, and industry insiders. The Weekly Sizzle

Each month All Romance eBooks sends out over 12,000 copies of its Wildfire Newsletter. The highlight of the Wildfire is our The Weekly Sizzle column, which features one guest author each week. The guest author provides a free short read, 200-2000 words, any romance sub-genre, any level of sensuality. The short story is published along with the author's bio, backlist, list of coming soon titles, and relevant links. Free Reads

Published authors who have books in our catalogue are eligible to submit short stories (over 2000 words), novellas, or novels to their publisher or directly to All Romance eBooks to be considered for our Free Read program. Free Reads are categorized as such on our home page and no monies are charged, collected, or paid with regards to them. This is strictly a promotional opportunity.

All Romance eBooks affiliated publishers participate in the program at their discretion. Those that wish to participate have the access to make free reads available to readers. Free reads that are posted directly by All Romance eBooks MUST be edited prior to submission. If All Romance eBooks elects to pursue posting of the work, a non-exclusive contract will be required which establishes that the rights are owned by the author and that All Romance eBooks has been given permission to make the work available for download. Individual Author Pages and Banner Links

Each author who has a book in our catalogue has a dedicated author page with options for banner. Any ARe affiliated publisher may update author pages, or updates can be sent directly to All Romance eBooks. Pages are designed to contain the author's bio, email address, and website address. Other links, banners, photos, and/or contest announcements can be added at the discretion of the publisher and ARe. Images, however, must be hosted elsewhere. Links to other eBook selling venues are not permitted, but links to booksellers who have print versions available are permitted.

The author page will additionally list all titles available at All Romance eBooks. The default will list titles by the Best Selling ranking. The list can be re-sorted by Top Rated, Recently Added, Word Count, or Book Title. FREE – send query to info@allromanceebooks.com

Advertise Your Print Books

All Romance eBooks realizes that not everyone has yet to discover the wonderful world of eBooks. If a customer would rather purchase your book in print format, we want to direct them to your preferred bookseller. Publishers can add links to their preferred bookseller via their ARe Admin Panel. Links will take customers outside of the ARe website and ARe receives no commission on those sales. FREE – Publisher updates should be made via their Admin Panel

Promotional CD

All Romance eBooks annually produces a promotional CD which we widely distribute (minimum 20,000) in an effort to market our website and eBooks. The CD contains excerpts with free download codes, an FAQ on eBooks, a tutorial on eBooks, publisher spotlights, and a video trailer section. The CDs are programmed to open automatically when inserted into a CD-ROM drive and are both PC and MAC compatible. CDs are distributed via conventions, tradeshows, book fairs, author signings, etc. Want copies to distribute at an event?

Trade Show Participation

Although eBooks are a growing market, it is still a new industry. All Romance eBooks is always looking for ways to educate the public about the wonderful world of eBooks. In addition to the dozens of book fairs and conferences for which we supply promotional materials, there are several that we attend every year…and the list is growing. We've also started to incorporate eBook signings where possible. In 2008 we'll be attending EPICON, The Romantic Times Convention, BookExpo America, COMIC-CON, The West Hollywood Book Fair, and The NYCIP Independent and Small Press Book Fair.
