I can’t wait for you to read about the big adventure Ritzy and I went on this past summer. The cruise ship was a new experience for me. Let me tell you, I didn’t think I’d ever set foot on land again!
What started out as a vacation ended up being everything but. Ritzy learned a thing or two about love, and I learned it was never too late to follow my dreams. We made these little discoveries after nearly losing our lives!
And who would have guessed Ritzy likes a little kink in the bedroom. Just don’t tell her I told you that little tidbit of information if you see her out and about.

From 4.5 hearts, Brenda, The Romance Studio
This is a sweet, remarkable tale of two women reconnecting after a long separation. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and recommend it to everyone.
Excerpt:
Some people might say the deck of a cruise ship at night was meant for gazing at the moon with your arms wrapped around a lover. Me, I figured it was just a floor of meticulously polished planks that gave you passage from one end of the ship to the other. That was before James showed me just the kinds of things those decks were made for.
Dinner had gone rather well, with me somehow avoiding an answer to the probing question about love. We'd enjoyed the finest of cuisine, beautiful violin music, and a bounty of desserts. It reminded me of something perfect like you'd see in the movies.
"What are you thinking?" James caught a wisp of my hair blowing in the breeze and wrapped it around his finger. "Like silk, the moonlight catches it so beautifully."
"Guilt, I'm thinking I should feel ashamed for abandoning Petunia this evening. It seems so unfair that I'm having the time of my life, and she's being deprived…again."
"Deprived?" He released the strand of hair, brushing the side of my face in the process. "Why do you think Petunia is deprived?"
"I really don't want to go into details. Just trust me…she has been. That's why I'm trying to make it up to her—bring her on this cruise."
"Perhaps you don't know her as well as you think. She seems to be quite happy from my brief encounter with her."
A shiver ran down my spine in spite of the warm summer air. "Funny, there was a time when I envied her life…her free spirit."
"I take it that there is a history between the two of you?" James backed away from me, arching his brow.
"Maybe I should head back to my cabin." I wrapped my arms across my breasts and rubbed the side of my arm with my hand as if warding off a bitter winter wind.
"I think you are afraid of your feelings. You said you are a psychologist. You hear people's hurts and see their raw emotions. Therefore, you try to wrap yourself in a protective shield when it comes to what you desire for yourself." James stepped forward and reached out, uncrossing my arms. "You can't always run from the things you want."
The smell of his cologne drifted hypnotically with the breeze, which swirled around me, pulling me to him as if I had no will of my own. I wanted the kiss I knew was waiting on his lips only inches away from my mouth. It had been so long since I had felt the touch of a man.
"Don't pull away from me," he whispered, wrapping his arms around me.
